The Communication Revolution? - T-Moblie Google G1

Fresh from the market on Wednesday was T-Mobile's new smartphone, the G1. A new mobile phone, to say the least, the G1, Google's first attempt, a mobile operating system, namely the Android. Built by HTC, and contributed to the design of Google, the G1 has full functionality 3G T-Mobile's sparse but growing 3G network.

The good:
Not a brick first, but it is not as smooth as the iPhone. Despite its size, is still quite compact andrelatively easy, especially the full QWERTY keyboard, built into the phone. HTC and Google could easily have changed the design for touch screen only in exchange for a drastic reduction, but where's the fun in that? It would only be a clone of the iPhone.

The system Android. By far one of the most mobile operating systems I have encountered. What is really almost the phone menu, which can be taken from the top of the screen in any application (except for someGames). Make the missed call control messages and control all general communications incredibly simple and effective.

Although still not fully embraced, can be very powerful in the future and would G1S market runs on the Android operating system, where every publisher, and publish their software will share the public. Software as a barcode scanner, a tracker of music and a cartographer are all readily available now. Create the opportunity for any coderSoftware may be plenty of applications for mobile phone and make it possible to use any interest.

By far one of the largest and most attractive features is the integrated keyboard. It works wonderfully and exceptionally easy to use. The keys are slightly rounded so you can feel each key, but not significantly, allowing them to swell.

The integration of YouTube is phenomenal. was developed for an operating system from Google, you can expect the G1 application YouTubeto be superior. The videos are well organized into different categories and is easy to find.

allow for what is true, the G1 does not disappoint, but not surprising. Total solid and a great leap for Google Android system - some changes for the next version and a new gold standard can be established.

The bad:
First of all, the G1 is not the iPhone killer. Although very impressive, the G1 needs to resolve some serious problems before they start pinching portfolio of Apple. Firstall, and probably most surprising is the rattle swivel screen. It 's a bit wobbly and makes a little squeak when pressed. Not a big deal but still something that should be resolved. Next the design is a bit 'dubious. Lacks the subtle elegance of the iPhone and has a strange "chin" at the bottom. The G1 also lacks multi-touch, again, although this is not the biggest deal, because it is the price and design, these things should have been included with the package. Little things, even the plagueG1 - things like stocks, without recording software keyboard touch screen and the inability of videos. Finally, the media needs to change. Music and media-playing software needs a good kick, as those series are not good. It also needs a headphone jack, not a primary USB port. And 'quite ridiculous, as HTC, producer of many other smartphones anyone would choose a standard headphone jack, take it away, except for perhaps the biggest launch date.

That allthat fact, the G1 is similar to the iPhone when it came out. It 'was pretty solid, but still customers still had their complaints. But after an examination and evaluation of issues, was even better, namely, the iPhone 3G also has improved today. If T-Mobile, Google and HTC knows something to capture their market, it would release a second edition of the G1 as well. The ironic name of the G1 offers a perfect name for future models. My guess is that the nextwould be the "G2" "G3" and cited as another.

Hopes are high for the G1. The Android operating system proves surprisingly easy to use and easy to use. Not the iPhone killer at the moment, but if T-Mobile, Google and HTC has released a refined version, Apple and AT & T should be straight back.

So, if Google, HTC and T-Mobile gets more, read this too, is the least of the changes that the G1 should be.

1st Fix squeaky screen - theRattle makes it a little 'cheap.
2nd Headphones Please!
3rd A little 'more memory would be nice. 1 Gigabyte just do not cut these days.
4th Multi-Touch. Follow the steps here and you will be in equal in terms of hardware than Apple.
5th thinner, more elegant design. Get rid of the "chin" that protrudes from the ground. Was it really necessary?
6 Add some better software for playing music, not a better camera software and talk.
7th Expand 3GCoverage. (T-Mobile, if you plan to sell more, you have to build 3G towers that support the full capacity.)
